Refund Policy

Here at Clipped AU, we have strict no-refund policy that applies to all products available unless the condition differs to the product's description advertised.

If you would like to cancel an order due to change of mind, please email or message us within 24hours or before the order has been shipped out. Note: 15% restocking fee will be applied.

We do allow returns in some circumstances. However, we do not honor any returns/refund due to change of mind or incorrect size selection after order has arrived. To find out if you're eligible for an exchange, please email the team at: support@clipped-au.com. To be eligible for a return, we must be notified within 14 days of order delivery. Otherwise, a request for a return will not be honored. 

We encourage all customers to choose their sizes carefully as in all cases, we won't exchange due to incorrect size selection. If you are concerned / unaware of your sizing, feel free to use our size charts available here.
